Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Checkflix mobile application operated by Checkflix.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Checkflix, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Services
Checkflix provides a social platform for tracking movies and TV shows, sharing check-ins with friends, reacting to content, and discovering new films and series. The service is available on iOS and Android platforms.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: post false, misleading, or offensive content; harass, abuse, or harm other users; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; use the service for commercial purposes without our consent; violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
The Checkflix app, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Checkflix and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Movie and TV show data is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB).
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Checkflix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
